Help with Step 1 of 5: What are you
looking for?
Property type, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms and price range
are the main criteria we use to search the listings for your home.
Explanation of Property types:
Single Family -- a free-standing, single
family home.
Townhouse/Condominium -- included in this
search are townhomes and condominiums. A townhouse is individually owned
but physically attached to other units. A condominium is a unit in a larger
condominium complex where all units share some common facilities and the
cost of maintaining them.
Multi-Family -- a building with 1-4 living
units.
Lots and Land -- lots, land and acreage
You may choose one of the above 'Property
type' search options.
Presently, the service only supports one
search per e-mail address.
Number of bedrooms/bathrooms:
This indicates the minimum number of bedrooms/bathrooms for the properties
you will see in your search results. For example, by selecting 2 bathrooms
you will see any property with 2 full bathrooms, including properties
with more (full or half bathrooms).
Price range:
We recommend keeping a narrow price range to focus your search. You don't
have to enter the last 3 digits of either of your price limits. For example,
to do a search in the $150,000 to $200,000 price range, you would only
enter '150' and '200'.
More options:
Many people would like to conduct searches based on square footage or
other features important to them. We are only able to offer searches against
the criteria that is accurately entered into the listing service. In the
future we may make more options available.
